After A Week With My Cousins...

I have several things to say about various forms of media. Hah.

Kristin Chenoweth
Shes one of my new favorite actresses. I want to see Wicked now! Shes so entertaining. But she mostly does musicals...anyway. You know how Zac Efron is supposed to be Light in the U.S. remake of Death Note? I think Kristin needs to be Misa. We could make a musical out of it too.

Pushing Daisies
This is one of the cutest and sweetest of all the non-anime shows Ive ever seen. Its a romantic comedy kind of thing, but its great. The set is amazing. If youre looking for something to cheer you up, this is it. Even the most unfortunate events are taken lightly in this show. And even better, Kristin Chenoweth is in it.

Killers
I never heard of this movie until a few hours before I saw it. Another romantic comedy thing, but its just...okay. And the advertising for First Response and K Mart was pretty obvious.

Dr.Horrible's Sing Along Blog
Oh. My. Gosh. As far as movies and television goes, this has got to be the highlight of my week. Well...I dont know if it quite counts as a movie, since its only 40-something minutes long. The music is catchy, and I personally cant help but love it. Supersad ending, but other than that its pretty good for being cheered up as well.

Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs
Nerdlove. And Mr.T. Enough said.

Groundhog Day
Also a cute movie. Also a romantic comedy. Doesnt have a special place in my heart, but maybe my gall bladder or something. What Im saying is it was better than okay, but still not a favorite. If you like that kind of movie, this is worth watching.

Doctor Who
Okay, I saw one episode of this show. But...I think Im going to become an ultra nerd for it. The episode I saw actually was not exactly spectacular. But it made me really happy. Then theres something about it that makes me want to watch more episodes.

The Dresden Dolls
This is one of my new favorite bands now. Their first song I heard is Coin Operated Boy. And I love it. The lead singer has a very unique quality to her voice, and the lyrics of every song that Ive heard by them are so expressive. Definitely worth checking out if you want something different to listen to.
